Corallee Markland Named Learning Services Administrative Assistant
Posted onLivingstone Range School Division is pleased to announce that Corallee Markland will take on the role of Learning Services Administrative Assistant at Division Office beginning August 2024.
Corallee worked as an Educational Assistant at F.P. Walshe School for 8 years and as an Administrative Assistant at W.A. Day Elementary School since November 2018. She studied Business Administration at Medicine Hat College and has an Educational Assistant Certificate from Mid Kent College in the UK.
"We're thrilled to have Corallee join the Learning Services Team," says Lisa Furukawa, Director of Learning (Support Services). "Her skills and expertise will undoubtedly make a significant impact, as we work towards our shared goals."
Corallee feels that now is the right time for a change and a new challenge in her life. "W.A. Day has been family for the last 5 years and I will miss the staff and students dearly," says Corallee. "Even though change can be difficult, I am excited to meet new people and work in a new environment."
When she's not at work, Corallee enjoys traveling, golfing, and swimming. She has two adult children who have started their own paths and is happy to work in the Fort Macleod community that she has called home for 15 years.
