Posted onGranum families have voted in favor of a 4-day school week. Based on the results of a vote, Granum School will proceed with a 4-day school week beginning in the 2024-2025 school year.
Eighteen ballots were returned by the March 18 deadline, with the following results:
- 9 votes: We support a 4-day school week at Granum School

- 69.2% would access before-school childcare for 5-12 year olds
- 92.3% would access after-school childcare for 5-12 year olds
- 77.8% would access Friday childcare for 5-12 year olds
Livingstone Range School Division continues to work with childcare providers to create childcare solutions beginning in the 2024-2025 school year. More information will be shared with Granum School Parent Council by mid-April.
