Northback Donates $75,000 to LRSD Nutrition Program

Northback Holdings (Northback) has renewed its donation of the Northback Breakfast Program in partnership with Livingstone Range School Division (LRSD) for a second consecutive year. This initiative continues to provide essential nutrition to students across LRSD's 14 schools, ensuring they start each day ready to learn.
Building on the success of its first year, Northback has committed another $75,000 donation to support the LRSD Nutrition Program. This funding will help provide daily healthy meals to students in all Livingstone Range schools, with a priority for those schools who do not receive other nutrition funding, addressing food insecurity and fostering student wellness.
Board of Trustees chair, Lori Hodges, highlights the program's significance saying,"The Northback Breakfast Program has had a tremendous impact on student well-being. This continued support means more nutritious meals for students to help them focus, thrive and reach their full potential."
The Northback Breakfast Program serves students across the jurisdiction, including Nanton, Stavely, Claresholm, Granum, Fort Macleod, Pincher Creek, Lundbreck and the Crowsnest Pass. This initiative reflects Northback's ongoing commitment to supporting southern Alberta families and strengthening the regions in which it operates.
